OUR MISSION

At Ovals Clock, our mission is to empower everyone who comes in contact with the "Red Sea" to understand and navigate the four seasons of the menstrual cycle. Whether you call it "shark week," a "visit from Aunt Flow," or "surfing the crimson tide," we make awareness playful, practical, and stylish- so cycles are no longer a mystery, and life can be lived a little more smoothly (and with a lot more laughs and understanding).

Winter - menstrual phase (period)
  • Mood and Energy (For Her): Low energy, reflective, craving rest and comfort.
  • Biology: Hormones are at their lowest; body is shedding the uterine lining.
  • Tips for Women: Prioritize rest, gentle movement, and self-care.

spring - follicular phase (after menstruation)

summer - ovulatory phase (mid-cycle)

  • Biology: Peak estrogen and hormone surge = high energy and fertility.

fall - luteal phase (before period)
